Our Terms of Service have been written in order to protect our accounts and ourselves to ensure we deliver a stable, reliable product and quality network. We ask that you read our policies so that you can assist us in keeping our servers and network free of abuse, which will ensure quality performance for everyone.

When you sign up for any of our services, you are agreeing to our terms of service. Although we will do our best to work with our customers in the event of a breach of policy and abusively taking advantage of our services in any form, we will also take a firm line when necessary to protect our company, our other customers, and network.

Clients of Domain Registration Pte Ltd, including but not limited to Resellers, Dedicated Server Clients, Shared Hosting Clients, and Domain Registration Clients, are required to agree and conform to the following terms of service (TOS) and acceptable use policies. Violations of these policies may result in loss of service and/or other disciplinary action.

Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for any delay in performing or failure to perform any obligation to you as a result of any matter beyond our reasonable control.

Terms of Service - Domains

This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Domain Registration Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("Registrant," "you," or "your"). This Agreement governs the domain name registration, renewal, transfer, and related services (the "Services") provided by us.

  1. Our Services and Your Agreement

Domain Registration Pte. Ltd. is a domain name registrar, officially accredited to provide domain name registration services. When you submit an application to register, renew, or transfer a domain name (the "Domain Name") through our platform, you are entering into a direct registration agreement with us.

In our capacity as registrar, we will electronically submit your application and required details to the appropriate central domain name registry ("Registry"). This Agreement governs the services we provide. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any applicable policies, rules, and agreements set forth by the relevant Registry.

  2. Registration of Domain Names

2.1. Your Obligations. As the Registrant, you agree to pay all applicable fees for the Domain Name registration as set forth on our website prior to the registration being processed. You further agree to provide true, current, complete, and accurate information as required by the registration process ("Registration Data") and to maintain and update this data as needed to keep it accurate. The provision of inaccurate information may lead to the suspension or cancellation of your Domain Name.

2.2. Premium Domains. Some Domain Names are categorized by the Registry as "Premium Domains" due to their high value and are priced accordingly. Due to the dynamic nature of Registry pricing, our system may not identify a Domain Name as Premium during the initial checkout. In the event you order a Domain Name that is subsequently identified by the Registry as Premium, we will pause the registration and promptly notify you of the correct price. You will have the following options:
    a) Proceed with Registration: Pay the price difference to complete the Premium Domain registration.
    b) Select an Alternative: Choose an alternative, standard Domain Name for registration.
    c) Cancel the Order: Cancel your order for a full refund of the amount paid for the domain.

If we do not receive your decision within one (1) business day of our notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

2.3. All Registrations Final. All fees for successful Domain Name registrations are non-refundable. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the Domain Name you have requested is spelled correctly before completing your order. We cannot offer refunds or permit modifications for the registration of a misspelled Domain Name.

  3. Domain Lock-in and Transfer Policy

3.1. Mandatory Lock-in Periods. To ensure the security of your registration and in alignment with registry policies, the following mandatory lock-in periods apply from the date of successful registration. A domain cannot be transferred to another registrar during its lock-in period, except where an early transfer process is explicitly offered below.
    a) For .SG Domain Extensions: A lock-in period of one hundred and twenty (120) days applies.
    b) For All Other Domain Extensions: A standard lock-in period of sixty (60) days applies, in alignment with global registry policies.

3.2. Early Transfer Process for .SG Domains. For .sg domain extensions only, we offer an expedited transfer process within the 120-day lock-in period. To facilitate this manual process, a non-refundable Administrative Fee of S$20 will be applied. This fee is separate from any domain registration or renewal fees. The transfer will be initiated upon your request and successful payment.

3.3. Transfers for Other Domain Extensions. For all other domain extensions, the 60-day lock-in period is mandatory. An early transfer option is not available during this period. Standard transfer procedures may be initiated after the 60-day period has concluded.

3.4. Unique Transfer Requirements. Please be aware that certain domain extensions are subject to unique transfer protocols for standard transfers. For example, .uk domain transfers require a change of the IPS TAG rather than an Authorization Code. Our support team will guide you through any such specific requirements.

  4. Compliance with Registry Policies

Your registration and use of any Domain Name is subject to this Agreement and, crucially, to the prevailing policies, rules, and procedures of the responsible domain name registry ("Registry").

As the Registrant, you agree to be bound by all policies and agreements set forth by the applicable Registry, which are incorporated herein by reference. These policies include, but are not limited to:
    a) The general rules of conduct, registration eligibility requirements, and mandatory dispute resolution procedures applicable to your chosen domain name's extension.
    b) The specific terms, conditions, and acceptable use policies of the relevant country-code top-level domain (ccTLD) Registry (for example, the Singapore Network Information Centre (SGNIC) for .sg domains).

It is your sole responsibility to review and comply with all current and future policies from the relevant Registry. By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all applicable Registry policies.

  5. No Guarantee of Success

You acknowledge and agree that your submission of a domain name application - whether for a new registration, renewal, or transfer - does not guarantee that the domain name will be successfully registered, renewed, or transferred.

The outcome of any domain transaction is subject to the real-time availability of the domain and the final approval of the corresponding Registry. While we will act with due care in processing your request, we cannot guarantee the result. We shall not be liable for any loss or damages that may result from a domain name application being unsuccessful. This is particularly relevant for renewals of domains that are already expired or are in a "Redemption Grace Period," as these are subject to stricter Registry procedures and timing.

In the event a transaction is unsuccessful, our sole liability to you will be limited to a refund of the specific fee you have paid to us for that unsuccessful transaction.

  6. Domain Renewal, Expiration, and Transfer Out Policy

6.1. Your Renewal Responsibility. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for tracking and ensuring the timely renewal of your Domain Name(s) before their expiration date. While we may send renewal notifications as a courtesy, we are not liable for any failure to renew a domain, regardless of whether you received a notification. Failure to renew may result in the suspension, loss, or deletion of the Domain Name and any associated services.

6.2. Post-Expiration Grace Period. Upon expiration, your Domain Name will be deactivated. The responsible Registry may provide a "Renewal Grace Period" (typically up to 30 days), during which you can generally renew the domain at the standard rate. During this period, your domain and its associated services will cease to function.

6.3. Redemption Grace Period (RGP). If a Domain Name is not renewed during the Renewal Grace Period, it may be placed by the Registry into a "Redemption Grace Period" or RGP (typically for 30 days). Restoring a domain from RGP is a manual, non-guaranteed process that requires a significantly higher "Redemption Fee" in addition to the standard domain renewal fee. You will be provided with the total cost for restoration upon request.

6.4. Final Deletion. Following the Redemption Grace Period, the domain may be auctioned, re-allocated by the Registry, or enter a "Pending Deletion" status. Once this stage is reached, we have no ability to restore the Domain Name, and it will eventually be released to the general public for new registration. We shall have no liability whatsoever for your failure to renew or restore your Domain Name.

6.5. Transfer Authorization (EPP) Code Requests. To ensure sufficient time for manual processing, you must request a Transfer Authorization Code (also known as an "EPP Code" or "Auth Code") at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Domain Name's expiration date.
    a) Manual Processing: You acknowledge that EPP codes are processed and released manually. We do not guarantee immediate delivery.
    b) Late Request Risk: Any request made less than fourteen (14) days before the expiration date is at your sole risk. If the Domain Name expires or is automatically renewed by the Registry because the EPP code was requested too close to the expiration date, we shall not be held liable.
    c) Financial Liability: You remain fully responsible for all renewal fees triggered by the Registry under these circumstances. No refunds or cancellations will be issued for such renewals.

  7. Modification of this Agreement

We reserve the right to amend, revise, or update this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or Registry policies.

Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted to our website. While we will endeavor to provide notice of significant changes, such as by posting a notice on our website or sending a notification to your registered email address, it is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any updates.

Your continued use of our services after the revised Agreement has been posted will constitute your binding acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the modified terms, your sole recourse is to cease using our services.

  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore to resolve any dispute arising out of this Agreement.

  9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from this Agreement. The remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

  10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, including all policies and documents incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Domain Registration Pte. Ltd. with respect to the subject matter hereof. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

  11. Waiver

The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by the waiving party.

  12. Contact Information

If you have any questions about this Agreement or need to provide a formal notice, please contact us by email at [email protected]

  1. Administrative Fee

All payments made for our services (including but not limited to domain registrations, renewals, hosting, and server services) are subject to a non-refundable Administrative Fee. This fee covers administrative overhead, the manual handling of transactions, and general account maintenance.

  2. Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to modify or increase the Administrative Fee at any time and at our sole discretion, without prior notice, to reflect changes in operational costs, manual processing requirements, or third-party service expenses.

  3. Display and Non-Refundability

The Administrative Fee will be clearly displayed as a line item at the time of payment. All Administrative Fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been initiated.
